Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create and update employee database
  • Perform timesheet calculations with accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare payroll related reports
  • Submit statutory claims if required
  • Support internal staff on payroll or invoicing matters
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, such as Employment Act and CPF Act
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Key Learnings:

  • Learn about payroll processes (afterall we are an employment agency and we do payroll outsourcing, we process payroll of contract staff in bulk so this is a very good learning opportunity to specialise in payroll)
  • Familiar with Employment Act such as statutory benefits, CPF Act

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly Initiative and meticulous
  • Able to work well in a fast paced environment
