Job Description
What you'll do
- Run discovery on user problems and translate them into concise product specs
- Coordinate across founders, design, engineering, and AI agents to ship features
- Define success metrics for each release and review what shipped against them
- Maintain a living roadmap and weekly delivery cadence inside our sprint system
- Own a vertical outcome inside Horizon Labs (across our launchpad systems and live ventures) for the duration of your internship
- Work directly with founders, leads, and AI agents inside a sprint-based delivery system
- Ship real product, process, or growth output every 1–2 weeks
- Build, use, and improve agentic workflows as a first-class part of your work
You'll thrive here if you
- Write clearly and can frame a problem before jumping to a solution
- Are comfortable making tradeoffs with incomplete information
- Have shipped something: a project, a hackathon, a club initiative, end-to-end
