M5Wealth – Business & Market Development Intern

We are reaching out from M5Wealth, a fast-growing WealthTech platform working with wealth managers, private banks, and family offices across international markets including Singapore, the UK, Switzerland, Dubai, and India.

As we continue to expand globally, we are looking to engage ambitious students and recent graduates for Business Development & Market Strategy internship opportunities within our Singapore team.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional internship.As part of the Business Development & Market Strategy team, you will work directly with founders, senior leadership, and industry professionals on real commercial initiatives.You will gain practical exposure to:• WealthTech and fintech businesses• International B2B SaaS sales• Market expansion and strategic partnerships• Client engagement and relationship management• Product positioning and demonstrations• Cross-border wealth management operationsThis role is ideal for someone commercially curious, entrepreneurial, and excited about building a career in fintech, WealthTech, consulting, or financial services.

What You’ll Work On

• Supporting international business development initiatives• Researching wealth management and fintech markets• Assisting with strategic partnerships and client engagement• Supporting product demonstrations and commercial presentations• Conducting market intelligence and competitor analysis• Working on outreach and lead-generation initiatives• Collaborating with leadership teams on growth projects• Supporting customer success and onboarding activities

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Strong communicators with commercial curiosity

• Interested in fintech, SaaS, AI, and financial markets• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to learn• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments• Confident engaging with professionals and stakeholders

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese is a strong advantage due to regional client and market interactions

• Preferred Academic background in Finance, Business, Tech, Mathematics, Analytics, AI

Prior internship experience in fintech, consulting, financial services, startups, or technology companies is a plus, but not mandatory.
