Job Description

Handle customer inquiries regarding vessel spare parts and marine equipment, and prepare quotations accordingly.
Prepare quotations in accordance with the company’s standard format and submit them to customers.
Coordinate and arrange delivery/supply of spare parts in line with vessel schedules upon receipt of purchase orders.
Monitor and follow up on vessel schedules regularly to ensure smooth operation and timely supply arrangements.
