Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, trend-savvy, and enthusiastic Marketing & Social Media Intern to support our brand growth and online presence. You will assist in creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and supporting marketing campaigns across digital channels.
This internship is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, social media trends, branding, and digital marketing.
Job Responsibilities
Creative:
- Digital Mockups: Assist in merchandise mockups using Adobe Creative Suite and Generative AI
- Production Prep: Support merchandise manager in preparing technical artwork and sketches (e.g., rash vests) for manufacturing.
- Content Support: Support planning and coordination of photoshoots
Vendor Liaison & Production:
- External Coordination: Act as a point of contact for external partners to track progress
- Logistics: Manage all shipments and coordinate incoming/outgoing materials
Operations & Reporting:
- Asset Management: Maintain organised archives of all supplier materials and creative assets.
- Performance Tracking: Assist with "sell-through" reporting to help analyse product performance
- Coordinate promotional activities, vouchers, and campaign launches
- Support content creation including photos, videos, reels, and stories
Requirements:
- Design & AI: Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator and experience using AI tools to streamline creative workflows.
- Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented approach to logistics and vendor management.
- Digital Savvy: Understanding of lifestyle aesthetics and digital-first design
- Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
