Replicast AI – Project Executive Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating digital projects, including interactive AI kiosks and application-based solutions
• Support project planning, timelines, and task tracking to ensure smooth execution
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across the region
• Help bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Assist in documentation, reporting, and quality checks of deliverables
• Support API integration coordination and basic technical understanding where required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Strong interest in digital projects, interactive technology, or AI-driven solutions
• Basic understanding of technical concepts (e.g., APIs, software applications) is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
