Join our growing team as an HR Intern supporting core HR operations that require accuracy, coordination, and consistent follow-through.
You will be part of the HR team supporting day-to-day operations across the employee lifecycle. This role requires professionalism and discretion due to exposure to sensitive information.
About the Role
You will support day-to-day HR operations across recruitment and employee lifecycle processes, with a focus on execution, accuracy, and follow-through.
This is a hands-on role where you will be trusted to handle real work. You will manage details, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
The role is best suited for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently once given direction.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Recruitment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Track interview progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely movement
- Coordinate interviews and hiring logistics
- Follow up with hiring managers on interview feedback and pending actions
Process & Data Discipline
- Ensure HR data is accurate, complete, and properly documented
- Track key HR data points (headcount, joiners/leavers, status changes)
- Maintain recruitment, onboarding, and other trackers with consistent updates
- Prepare simple weekly summaries (e.g., hiring pipeline status)
- Support process mapping and documentation of HR workflows
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies and propose practical improvements
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time, as delays or errors can impact hiring timelines and employee experience
Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with IT and other teams for new hire onboarding
- Follow up on pending documents, approvals, or actions across stakeholders
- Coordinate across teams and time zones (Singapore, US, Japan, etc.)
- Escalate when timelines are at risk or tasks are delayed
- Assist with coordination of tasks and activities where required
What We Look For
- Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship starting May 2026
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Humanities or a related field
- Reliable and follows through on tasks proactively
- Pays attention to details and takes pride in getting things right
- Comfortable working independently once given direction
- Able to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities
- Communicates clearly and simply
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Enjoys structured, execution-focused work and seeing tasks through to completion
- Being a sports enthusiast is a plus, but not required.
