Real Estate Analytics Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the real estate and analytics domains, contributing to meaningful projects and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct thorough analysis of real estate data sets to extract meaningful insights and trends. 
• Assist in researching and gathering market intelligence to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and generate regular reports for internal stakeholders, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner. 
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the analytics workflow. 
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. 
• Maintain detailed documentation of analytical processes, methodologies, and results. 
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and real estate analytics. 

Qualifications: 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. 
• Having financial knowledge in REITS is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. 
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and statistical software. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 
• Prior internship or coursework related to business analysis or real estate is a plus.
