Ideal Systems (Singapore) Pte. Ltd – Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare graphic designs for marketing materials and promotional visuals
• Prepare and schedule weekly social media posts
• Manage and oversee the company’s ongoing presence across key social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook)
• Assist with basic photo editing and image clean-up
• Support preparation of EDM campaigns (e.g. graphics, simple content)
• Help generate content ideas and update the company website
• Assist with basic research and online content to improve brand visibility
• Organise and maintain documents, records, and reports
• Support data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
• Assist with marketing events and exhibitions preparation
• Support ad-hoc marketing and office duties as required

Requirements / Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Degree in Business, Administration, Multimedia, Media Production or related fields
• Basic knowledge of graphic design
• Familiarity with at least one of the following tools:
  • Canva
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Premier Pro
• Interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
