Job Description

The RoleYou will drive subscriber growth by building and scaling new acquisition channels for a mobile-focused business. This role is centred on partnerships, experimentation, and performance-led growth, with a strong focus on launching new channels and expanding customer reach.

You will be responsible for:

• Building and scaling new acquisition channels (online and offline) from scratch
• Developing and managing affiliate and strategic partnerships across multiple industries
• Expanding and optimising existing channels to improve conversions and channel contribution
• Designing commission structures and tracking performance metrics such as CAC and ROI
• Collaborating cross-functionally to align acquisition strategies, campaigns, and execution

Ideal Candidate

• You have 4–8 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital acquisition, growth, or partner-led roles
• You have proven experience building acquisition channels or partnerships from the ground up
• You have a strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, and growth metrics
• You have a clear hunter mindset with the ability to create and scale new opportunities
• You are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in lean, fast-paced teams
• You have experience in Telecommunications, Digital Services, E-commerce, or FinTech (preferred)
