We are representing a client who is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support, including administrative coordination and personal task management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, adaptable, and enjoys supporting a dynamic individual.
Responsibilities:
- Keep track of calendar appointments
- Cold calling of leads for the introduction of corporate/employee benefits, personal insurance, and gather clientele
- Keep, update, and maintain a database of leads as well as follow up appointments
- Formulate creative ways of conversing with potential leads over the phone to entice follow up appointments
- Liaise with managers to follow up with successful leads
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications: Diploma and/or above
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Strong organization skills
- Proactiveness
- Good listening skills and can display patience and empathy when dealing with leads
- Possesses persuasive skills and eagerness to achieve set KPIs
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
- Fast learner with a passion for over the phone interactions
- Former experience in Telemarketing/Admin will be considered favorably
