Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Executive to join our team at the Royal Albatross. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, managing bookings and delivering exceptional service that reflects our premium brand experience.

You will play a key role in driving sales, coordinating reservations, and ensuring a seamless guest journey from enquiry to boarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to reservation enquiries via email, phone, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner

  • Process bookings accurately using internal reservation systems

  • Provide guests with detailed information on cruise packages, menus, events, and promotions

  • Upsell and recommend suitable experiences to maximise revenue opportunities

  • Coordinate with operations, events, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings

  • Handle amendments, cancellations, and special requests efficiently

  • Maintain accurate customer records and booking data

  • Assist with reporting and administrative tasks related to reservations

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude

  • Detail-oriented and well-organised

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is a plus
