Job Overview:

We are looking for a versatile and motivated Full Stack Data Analyst Intern to join our User Growth team. This role offers hands-on experience across the data lifecycle—from building pipelines and managing databases to analyzing trends and creating actionable insights that drive growth in digital marketing and mobile gaming.

• Data Pipeline Development:
• Build, maintain, and optimize custom data pipelines using SQL and Python.
• Ensure seamless data integration and accessibility for analysis.
• Database Management:
• Manage databases to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction.
• Data Analysis
• Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and trends to uncover actionable insights.
• Support growth strategies and initiatives such as A/B testing and cohort analysis to improve user retention, lifetime value (LTV), and ROI.
• Visualization & Reporting:
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics.
• Present insights clearly and effectively to the User Growth team.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with growth marketing managers, creative designers, and other stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data processing and analysis.
• Basic knowledge of database management and query optimization.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus.
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics and user acquisition strategies is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights effectively.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
