The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) is an acute tertiary psychiatric hospital with 1950 beds. We offer a comprehensive range of psychiatric, rehabilitative and counselling services for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.

Job Description

1. Re‑Imagine the HR Intranet Experience

  • Dive into our current intranet and spot what’s outdated, confusing, or missing.
  • Propose fresh layouts, smarter structures, and cleaner navigation paths.
  • Turn complex HR policies into simple, intuitive content employees will actually want to read.

2. Become a Content Architect

  • Rewrite and refresh content across key HR domains (leave, benefits, onboarding, learning, performance).
  • Create bite‑sized explainers, FAQ sections, and employee‑centric guides.
  • Ensure everything looks and feels coherent — tone, style, and flow.

3. Play with Design & UX

  • Sketch wireframes, mock‑ups, or prototypes using tools like Canva, Figma, or PowerPoint.
  • Recommend layout and visual improvements that boost clarity and usability.
  • Help shape a look‑and‑feel that’s clean, modern, and fuss‑free.

4. Collaborate Like a Pro

  • Work with HR policy owners, communications leads, and the digital/SharePoint team.
  • Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly.
  • Learn how HR, governance, and digital teams work behind the scenes.

5. Support the Big Launch

  • Test user flows, break things (in a good way), and help fix them.
  • Ensure pages load right, links work, and content is accurate.
  • Celebrate when the refreshed intranet goes live — because your work made it real.
