Core Objectives

• Grow MMS membership numbers weekly
• Convert in-house guests, diners, and event attendees into members
• Increase top-up participation and repeat spend
• Collect feedback to refine the club experience
• Create buzz around MMS as part of the Mama culture

Key Responsibilities

On-Ground Sales & Conversion

• Approach in-house guests at the lobby, restaurant, rooftop, and events
• Explain MMS benefits clearly and confidently
• Convert walk-ins into sign-ups
• Assist guests with on-the-spot registration
• Encourage first top-up activation

You are expected to actively engage guests, not wait behind a desk.

Events Activation

• Set up the MMS booth during key events
• Promote limited-time member perks
• Capture event guests into the MMS funnel
• Track leads for post-event follow-up

Collaboration with Guest Experience & F&B

• Brief the GX team daily on membership perks
• Support FO during peak check-in periods to push membership
• Work with the restaurant host to target celebratory bookings
• Upsell MMS to birthday tables, corporate bookings, and rooftop groups

Data & Reporting

Track:

• Daily sign-ups

• Conversion rate

• Top-up value

• Guest feedback

• Provide weekly performance reports

• Identify objections and suggest improvements

Social & Digital Support

• Capture member testimonials
• Assist marketing with simple MMS content (reels, guest shout-outs)
• Support referral campaign mechanics
