Crevantage Pte Ltd is a boutique Business & Marketing strategy firm led by Alan Lim (Author, CPR for Your Business). We help Singapore SMEs navigate the new Digital Era by redesigning their business models, integrating AI, and executing creative yet effective marketing warfare.
We are not hiring employees. We are training Consultants.
THE JOURNEY
You will enter a rigorous 3-Phase Career Path:
Phase 1: The Internship – You will learn the proprietary "CPR" Strategy, shadow the Principal Strategist, and work on live client accounts. You will be tested on speed, strategic thinking, and AI mastery. You will be working directly with our Principle Strategist Alan Lim.
Phase 2: The Consultant – Upon completion of Internship, the few selected candidates will have the opportunity to move to a full-time role where you manage your own portfolio of clients.
Phase 3: The Partner – High-performing Consultants are promoted to Partners.
WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
Strategic Architecture: You will not just "post on social media." You will help design the entire business model for companies.
AI Integration: You will use cutting-edge AI tools to automate client workflows. (If you don’t know how, we will teach you. If you refuse to learn, don't apply.)
High-Ticket Deal Structuring: Learn how to package, pitch, and close clients.
Shadowing: Sit in on high-level strategy sessions with business owners and learn how to diagnose deep operational issues.

REQUIREMENTS
Must be Singaporean / PR.
University Bachelor & above
Able to commit to at least 2 months of internship. (Is looking to turn this into a full time job after the internship)
