About the Role:
We are expanding our team and seeking for driven, people-oriented individuals to join us as Client Support Executives.
In this role, you will focus on building strong long-term relationships and presenting suitable solutions based on client needs while contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with new and existing clients via calls, messages, and scheduled meetings.
- Assist clients in understanding available options and provide guidance to best solution based on needs.
- Establish and maintain strong client relations.
- Achieve individual performance targets and team goals
- Participate in workshops and training to strengthen service knowledge
Who we are looking for:
- No prior experience required – training will be provided
- Diploma/Undergraduates and fresh graduates are welcome
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
