Vy Systems – Engineering Technician

Job Description (JD):

We are seeking motivated EEE graduates or early-career professionals to join our semiconductor testing and engineering team. The role involves supporting electronic test operations, maintaining lab infrastructure, and performing hands-on testing using advanced test and measurement equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various electronic test instruments such as Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, VNA, and Oscilloscope.
• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, and testing of semiconductor devices in production or engineering environments.
• Support HTOL (High Temperature Operating Life) testing and reliability activities.
• Handle NC (Non-Conformance) and RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes.
• Work on ATE Testers, with experience in 93K considered an added advantage.
• Manage and maintain Handlers, Probers, Thermo Stream testers, and bench test equipment.
• Ensure all lab instruments are properly calibrated, maintained, and documented.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support yield improvement, test data analysis, and failure verification.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of semiconductor testing, electronics circuits, and measurement principles.
• Familiarity with inspection equipment and lab management practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
