Job Description
Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Develop content calendars and suggest creative concepts based on current trends
Write catchy captions, descriptions, and hashtags
Capture behind-the-scenes content during workshops, events, or busy café days
Assist with day-to-day posting, scheduling, and basic replies/comments
Monitor social trends and competitors to keep our content fresh
Track content performance (views, engagement, etc.) and suggest improvements
