As we grow, we're looking for a highly organised and dependable Operations Executive to join our team. This role supports key internal operations and administration, programme & event logistics, client coordination, and marketing execution — ideal for someone who wants to learn how a company is built from the inside out.
Project & Event Coordination
- Support planning, logistics, and smooth execution of programmes, events and initiatives
- Coordinate vendors, venues, timelines, and operations checklists
- Follow up with partners and clients on deliverables and timelines
Marketing Operations & Campaign Support
- Support marketing campaign execution
- Assist in managing marketing timelines and content calendars
- Update and maintain CRM system with leads generated
Operations & Admin
- Support finance processes such as invoicing, tracking and liaising with accountants
- Helping to improve internal processes and operational workflows
- Other administrative and operational tasks as required
