Project Description:
Our current marketing technology stack is fragmented and in need of optimization. This project aims to streamline and enhance our marketing tech ecosystem by introducing new processes and changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all markets and brands. The intern will play a key role in evaluating existing tools, proposing optimizations, and supporting the implementation of improved marketing activities.
Project Deliverables:
• Completion of the marketing tech optimization project
• Documentation of new processes and changes introduced
• Recommendations for further improvements to the marketing tech stack
Learning Outcomes:
• Hands-on experience in project management and stakeholder collaboration
• Understanding of end-to-end implementation of marketing technology solutions
• Exposure to the challenges and best practices of optimizing marketing activities across diverse brands and markets
Field of Study:
