Job Description

The Opportunity

We’re hiring our first Account Executive focused on Singapore-based clients. This is a fully commission-based role with no cap—perfect for someone who wants to grow with the business, get rewarded for hustle, and be part of a world-class founding team. You’ll be selling powerful software that solves real pain points in compliance and onboarding for fast-scaling companies.

This isn’t just a sales job. It’s a front-row seat to what it takes to build a startup from scratch—strategy, product, pitch decks, investor calls, GTM sprints, and customer obsession. If you’ve ever dreamed of being a founder, this is your chance to learn directly from those who’ve done it.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—for Singapore-based fintechs, startups, and financial institutions

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads via cold outreach, networking, and referrals

  • Craft compelling pitches that demonstrate product value to compliance and risk leaders

  • Collaborate with the founding team on pricing strategy, product-market fit, and sales enablement

  • Gather customer feedback to help shape our roadmap

  • Represent BeetleLabs in customer meetings, demos, and industry events

Who You Are

  • Entrepreneurial, hungry, and self-driven—you thrive without micromanagement

  • Strong communicator who can build trust and articulate value to senior stakeholders

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or professional services

  • You live in Singapore (or are well-networked there) and understand the startup ecosystem

  • Bonus: Exposure to compliance, regtech, or financial services
