As veterans in the last mile logistic sector with hands-on experience of more than 10 years, we offer high-quality service capabilities such as line-haul, last-mile, express delivery, in-city delivery, fulfilment and warehousing. We are looking for talents to join our team as we expand. 

You will work with the HR team and assist on HR functions which are as below: 

• Assist in checking of leave application 
• Administer insurance policies, work injury claims and employee benefits
• Creation and maintain p-file (online & offline) 
• Checking of time attendance record 
• Assist in yearly appraisal 
• Preparation of increment, disciplinary, confirmation letters etc. 
• Assist in documentation filing 
• Support day-to-day Admin administration operations 
• Assist in organizing company’s activities 
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management
• Strong administrative skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, self-motivated
• Independent and good team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to commit for at least 6 months
