Job Description
You will work with the HR team and assist on HR functions which are as below:
- Assist in checking of leave application
- Administer insurance policies, work injury claims and employee benefits
- Creation and maintain p-file (online & offline)
- Checking of time attendance record
- Assist in yearly appraisal
- Preparation of increment, disciplinary, confirmation letters etc.
- Assist in documentation filing
- Support day-to-day Admin administration operations
- Assist in organizing company’s activities
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, self-motivated
- Independent and good team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to commit for at least 6 months
