Job Description

Scope of Position

  • Ensure smooth running of daily operations
  • Support operations manpower requirement
  • Managing Human Resource and Training budget

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities

  • Weekly schedule reporting
  • Preparing and communicating monthly Roster
  • Conduct First Round Interview and arranging second round interview for Store/Area Manager candidates
  • Daily Attendance/Break Tracking for all outlets and handling phone calls for general inquiries; redirect to Operations Manager after work hours or on weekends
  • Payroll
  • Replies to all HR email
  • Tracking manpower trends (Resignations, Longevity, Profiling, etc) and generate monthly reports
  • Recruitment Fair
  • Leave and benefits processing and tracking
  • Replacements & MC handling
  • Recruitment advertisement and communication portals
  • Conducting Orientation, and all other training programmes; including reviewing and updating training materials
  • Employee relations and engagement (recognition, teambuilding, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)
  • Handling termination and dismissal
  • Contract drafting, preparation, briefing and filing of relevant documentation
  • Handling all manpower inquiries from staff on communication platforms
  • Maintain employee particulars database
  • Ambassador of company culture and upholding company standards and custodian of policies
  • Any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager / Operations
