Job Description

Appointment Coordination: Schedule meetings, events, and appointments.Communication Management: Handle emails, calls, and correspondence; prioritize messages.Document Editing: Draft, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and documents.Travel Arrangements: Organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.Event Planning: Plan and coordinate company events, conferences, and team-building activities.Project Support: Assist in research, data collection, and coordination of various projects.Special Projects: Undertake assignments and conduct research as directed.Time Management: Assist the Director in managing their schedule effectively.Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team as required, aiding in customer interactions and sales-related tasks.Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese for effective communication.Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for creating presentations and managing data.Your responsibilities also include any other tasks assigned by the company, ensuring effective communication both in English and Chinese, and utilizing your PowerPoint and Excel skills for various tasks within the scope of your role.
