Job Description

Responsibilities

- Work closely with client and internal to ensure effectiveness and alignment
- Follow up shipment and logistics arrangement.
- Preparation of tender document, quotation and follow up after sales services as well as ensure timely collection.
- Sales management report including project report.
- Handling of customers’ enquiries and follow-up (include calls, emails).
- Processing of orders, quotations and arranging delivery of goods (include delivery orders, invoices and associated filing and documentation).
- Receipt of goods delivery / Data entry for inventory stocks.
- Perform daily housekeeping, keeping working area neat and tidy
- Support internal administrative matters.

Requirement:
- Minimum 1 years working experience
- Good team player with an ability to work independently
- Good organisational and coordination skills
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bi-lingual in Chinese and English (strong command Chinese both in reading and writing will have advantage)
- Keen in digital and social media
- Possess initiative, detailed and creative thinking
