Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Plan, implement and organize customer or consultant visit/meeting to close new sales to achieve sales targets.

· Preparation of tender document, quotation and follow up after sales services as well as ensure timely collection.

· Sales management including sales report and project report and execution of sales orders.

· Liaises with customers on technical advice, quotes prices, establish credit terms and delivery condition

· Attend sales inquiries and develops new sales channels.

· Responsible to drive new businesses by providing Technical Presales support.

· Understand and translate customer’s requirements and work closely with project provision in creation of solution proposal.

· Liaise with existing clients and potential new client.

· Propose and implement ideas for continuous improvement

· Strong communication and presentation skills regarding technical solutions

· Meeting sales target set by management.

Requirements:

- Min Diploma / ITE or relevant engineering or Audio Visual

- Min 1 year of working experience in related field is required for this position. Experience in sales especially M&E construction industry will be value added advantages.

- Sales experience in Audio Visual / IT Solutions will be value added

- Experience in dealing with building and construction industry will be value added.

- Team player who can work in fast paced environment.

- Organize, detailed-oriented and hard working

- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Posses own vehicle
