Responsibilities
- System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution.
- Responsible for L1/L2 technology support including troubleshooting of Digital Signage Software, Network issues and Client platform relation problems.
- Conduct end user trainings to end users on how to use the Solution(s) implemented.
- Handle incoming calls from end user for LED/LCD matters.
- Work closely with various IT resolver group to resolve customer software issues
- Work closely with in house AV Designers and Engineers to implement full integrated solutions for different venues
- Study the schematic drawings to understand the technical & functional requirements to implement each solution
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma/ ITE in engineering
- Min 2 years of experience in System configuration, Testing & Commissioning for Audio Visual solution
- No experience are welcomed and training will be provided
- Experience in Products like Videowall, LED & LCD Display, Digital Sound Processor (DSP), Amplifier, Speaker, videoconferencing, Audio Visual Switches
- Experience in DSP programming will be an added advantage
