Zodiac Aerospace Services Asia Pte Ltd – Finance Intern

• Communicates with internal and overseas customers through various methods to obtain payment on outstanding receivables as quickly as possible to keep customer accounts in current balance　
• Works closely with customers to determine barriers for non-payment on past due invoices and works to resolve those barriers　
• Hands-on experience in handling of auditors during financial audit period　
• Liaising with tax agents for filing of tax returns　
• Understand and follow all Credit & Collection related policies and processes　
• Perform credit evaluation analysis on new and existing customers to establish requested credit lines　
• AR collections which involve liaising with external customers on overdue and internal staff on disputed invoices　
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger account receivable control accounts　
• Process inter-companies billing and facilitate reconciliation of inter-companies balances　
• Prepare balance sheet schedules　
• Involves in the planning and actual process of stock take

Beside the on-the-job training, the student will acquire soft skills such as planning, analyzing and communication. If the student is willingly to learn, we can expose her/him to other accounting areas such as Accounts Payable, GL etc.
