Job Responsibilities
Manage and upload product listings across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.)
Edit product images and create clear, compelling product descriptions
Update pricing, inventory levels, and promotional details regularly
Monitor online orders and coordinate closely with the warehouse and logistics teams
Handle customer inquiries and manage online reviews in a timely manner
Track sales performance and prepare basic sales reports
Ensure all product information is accurate, consistent, and up to date
Requirements
Basic understanding of major e-commerce platforms
Strong written communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Prior experience in online sales or marketplace management is an advantage
