Position
As a Digital Marketing Associate, you are required to work with the project team to strategise, plan and execute digital marketing programs and develop SEO and SEM strategies to increase online presence, brand awareness and drive sales to e-commerce sites. You are also required to create content and design artwork for social media channels.

Specific Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Generate new ideas and drive continual optimisation of marketing campaigns
• Develop content and artwork for online platforms branding
• Increase brand awareness by implementing marketing strategies

Competencies

• Develop proficiency skills in SEO and SEM
• Drive marketing policies and workflows for media use as well as design, develop and implement social media plans in business while evaluating their effectiveness
• Understand the market flow and propose effective marketing strategy for targeting customers

Duration of Traineeship
6 months

Approved Training Allowance
Fresh Degree Graduate: $2,500
Non-mature Mid-career switcher: $2,600
Mature Mid-career switcher: $3,400
