Role Purpose

1. Ensure strong company culture across the company.

2. Ensure positive employee relations across the company.

3. Performance management of the teams.

4. Manage hiring processes, orientation, training, and benefits.

5. Recruiting the best and brightest people to join our team

6. Implement policies and guidelines across the company. Ensure employees' adherence to policies and guidelines.

7. Discipline and handle termination of employees as per the company policy.

Job Requirements

1. Only Singaporeans/PRs may apply

2. Bachelor’s degree from top Universities ( NTU, NUS, SMU) minimally Second class upper

3. 3-5 years of HR experience

4. Leadership experience in managing people in a positive and inspiring manner

5. Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start-up environment

6. Openness to hire and fire fast to maintain high performance, positive, and inspiring culture
