Responsibilities:

• Handling of daily inbound and outbound stock.
• Perform goods receiving function & ensure accuracy of goods received.
• Responsible for all order processing, picking & packing function for B:B, B:C and delivery to our outlet.
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory across all platforms, maintain accurate stock levels and updates.
• Perform stocktaking & inventory checks.
• Ensure that the Murho inventory system is updated accurately & promptly.
• Work closely with logistic company for all outbound orders.
• Procurement support from issuance of Purchase Order to inbound receipt of stocks from suppliers.
• Work closely with freight forwarders for competitive freight quotes, air or ocean LCL for all inbound or outbound stocks.
• Engage in campaign management, including planning of product promotion, product launches, product listing, digital marketing campaign follow-up for company online store.
• Develop and implement demand generation plans to grow site revenue for company online store.
• Work closely with E Commerce/Digital Marketing teams.
• Consolidate all monthly sales, online, offline etc for accounting submission.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline in particular Supply Chain, E Commerce etc.
• Minimum of 2 years of equivalent work experience in handling Shopify E-commerce platform etc.
• FMCG / Retail industry / Sports retail experience preferable.
• Good command in English and Chinese.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills preferable.
