ZEN’YU is an Authorized Distributor for a number of premium sports, medical and lifestyle products sourced from US, UK, Europe, Australasia and South Africa. ZEN’YU distribute its products through retail pharmacy chain stores, departmental stores, and a network of medical & sports resellers.

With concept store ACTIV360 by ZEN’YU at #03-42 Velocity@Novena Square Mall and online store (www.360activ.com) and listed in marketplaces such as Redmart, LazMall, ShopeeMall, NTUC Online, PandaMart, EAMart etc. 

1. Handling of daily inbound and outbound stock.
2. Perform goods receiving function & ensure accuracy of goods received.
3. Responsible for all order processing i.e. pick & pack function 
4. Ensure the accuracy of inventory across all platforms, stock levels and updates.
5. Perform stocktaking & inventory checks.
6. Ensure that the Murho inventory system is updated accurately & promptly.
7. Work closely with logistic company for all outbound orders.
8. Procurement support from issuance of Purchase Order to inbound receipt of stocks from suppliers.
9. Work closely with freight forwarders for freight quotes, air or ocean LCL for imports
10. Manage digital campaigns, plan product promotion, product launches, product listing for online stores
11. Work closely with E Commerce/Digital Marketing teams.
12. Consolidate all monthly sales, online &offline for accounting submission.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline in particular Supply Chain, E Commerce etc.
• Minimum of 2 years of equivalent work experience in handling Shopify E-commerce platform etc.
• FMCG / Retail industry / Sports retail experience preferable.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills preferable.
