ZEN’YU is an Authorized Distributor for a number of premium sports, medical and lifestyle products sourced from US, UK, Europe, Australasia and South Africa. ZEN’YU distribute its products through retail pharmacy chain stores, departmental stores, and a network of medical & sports resellers.

With concept store ACTIV360 by ZEN’YU at #03-42 Velocity@Novena Square Mall and online store 

(www.360activ.com) and listed in online marketplaces such as Redmart, LazMall, ShopeeMall, NTUC Online.

Responsibilities:

• Pick & pack all online and corporate orders daily
• Coordinate with 3rd party logistics companies
• Manage stock levels and updates.
• Get competitive quotations for air/sea freight
• Work closely with E Commerce/Digital Marketing teams.
• Consolidate all monthly sales reports

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, E Commerce etc.
• Minimum of 2 years of equivalent work experience in handling Shopify E-commerce platform etc.
• FMCG / Retail industry / Sports retail experience preferable.
• Good command in English and Chinese.
• Strong and healthy, able to do packing
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot tables)
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills preferable.
