Your day-to-day responsibilities to include:

1. Helping to persuade customers to make the right purchase
2. Reporting complaints to a manager or supervisor
3. Ensuring the store’s stock is constantly replenished daily
4. Alert supervisor on near expiry products for clearance sale
5. Managing customer transactions using Point-of-sale system
6. Proactive to call upon on customers for any campaigns
7. Ensure closing of transactions are correct
8. Keep environment clean daily

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Speaks Fluent Mandarin and English 

* Always arrive early to clean work area

* Always record in feedback form, never argue with customers

* Polite in answering phone

* Independent and responsible to complete each task without supervision
