Zen’Yu Pacific Pte Ltd – Retail Management Trainees

ZEN’YU distribute its products through retail pharmacy chain stores, departmental stores, and a network of medical & sports resellers. 

It operates its own concept store ACTIV360 by ZEN’YU at #03-42 Novena Square Velocity. 

It has also recently launched its own online store www.360activ.com

Being in retail industry, you would:

• Greeting and converse with confidence when customers who enter the shop.
• Assist to provide accurate information and feedback to customers
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
• Stocking shelves with merchandise.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping.
• Process customer’s feedback and complaints with a form
• Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
• Responsible for security within the store and look out for shoplifters
• Ensure payment is not from fraudulent credit cards etc.
• Balancing cash registers with receipts.
• Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
• Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
• Be involved in stock control and management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years in retail in ladies/sports department
• Must be able to speak Mandarin and English
• Must have a ITE/Diploma in retail management
• IT savy with Ms Office such as Excel/Word, Outlook, etc.
• Matured and above 25 years old, local/PR only
