Job scope:
- Customer service for walk-ins and in-store cakes
- Handle client enquiries via various channels efficiently: Email, Phone call, Walk-ins, Appointments
- Manage deliveries, delivery orders, and arrange delivery schedule
- Manage, propose and implement strategies for walk in sales
- Manage walk in menu and menu creation and suggestions
- Assist with copywriting and photo taking of online and third party platforms menu
- Occasional help out in the kitchen- Assist with fondant figurines, letterings
- Any other duties when necessary
- Wednesday-Saturdays 8.30-5.30PM, Sundays 8.30-4PM. Off on Mondays & Tuesdays
- Keen and willing to learn all about working in a bakery
- Motivated and able to work as a team
- Min. commitment of 5 months preferred
- On the job training
