Zee & Elle – Marketing & Operations Intern

Based in Singapore, we started out hoping to share our baking creations with others in the little moments of each day. Along the way, and with so much love and support from the community, we became a fully-fledged baking studio.
Over here, every cake is handcrafted with love and care by a small Zee & Elle passionate team who believes in making your special occasions, birthdays, and weddings magical and memorable for a long time to come.

We hope our bakes, forever inspired by lush botanicals and whimsical colors, inspire you to wander more and dream a little bigger.

Job Scope:

• Manage client enquiries and provide quality customer service to customers over phone or email
• Ensure smooth running of daily operations
• Provide administrative support
• Liaise and manage suppliers and deliveries
• Creation of invoices and delivery notes
• Styling and co-ordinating of dessert tables
• Conversion opportunity
• Salary: $600/month

Requirements:

• 5 days work week, off on Sundays & Mondays
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
• Responsible and great organising skills 
• Able to commit at least 5 months
• Poly and fresh graduates are welcome
