Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering data for financial analysis & feasibility studies
  • Assist in preparation of quarterly shareholders report
  • Provide acquisition support, acquisition process improvement, and adherence to standard operating procedures for acquisitions.
  • Assist relationship managers in providing information required for client pitching
  • Assist in generating sales and marketing documents, Advertising & Promotion (A&P) matters

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Real Estate/Project Management or Diploma in Real Estate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task and is a good team player
  • Positive work attitude with good interpersonal skills
  • Can do mindset and able to work in a fast-paced working environment
