Yume Co. – Social Media Specialist #SGUP

We are an eCommerce platform startup that aims to help local artists launch their clothing labels. We are a young & small team that is looking to expand quickly and we are looking for someone who is willing to take risks, work independently & is passionate about fashion.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

• Develop marketing content and collaterals
• Develop & execute digital marketing strategies
• Manage & promote the company's social media assets 
• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities
• Optimize ROI for marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement
• Manage budgets for marketing programs and consolidate figures every month.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or related fields
• Help to manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, email/CRM software, and other relevant automation tools
• Help to manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
• Curate and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to develop brand awareness and drive sales for appointed brands
• Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
• Experience managing online stores and e-commerce marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee preferred but not compulsory as you will be guided initially
• Has an interest in fashion 
• Highly driven and self-starter character who can work independently and produce results
