Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Document client interactions and feedback to assist in improving our services.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance client support skills.
- Contribute to the development of client support resources, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.
