YTL Starhill Global Property Management Pte Ltd (the "Property Manager") is the property manager of Wisma Atria Property and Ngee Ann City Property under Starhill Global REIT.
The Property Manager is responsible for the operation, maintenance, lease management and marketing activities of the properties, subject to the overall management and supervision of the Manager.
The Property Manager is a wholly-owned subsidiary of YTL Starhill Global REIT Management Holdings Pte Ltd (formerly known as YTL Pacific Star REIT Management Holdings Pte Ltd) which is in a wholly owned subsidiary of YTL Corporation Berhad.
Job Description
- Assists in the conceptualisation, planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Liaises with internal and external stakeholders.
- Helps to churn out and analyse data pertaining to the performance of campaigns
- Check out the competition of the retail scene.
- Recommends new ways of creating buzz.
- Helps with the social media strategy of reaching out to new followers and engaging existing followers
- Takes pictures and videos of mall’s events and work with social media agency to upload them
- Provides feedback on visuals of artwork and works with creative agencies
- Handles tasks that the marketing team requests which will involves running around.
