Job Description

Supporting the Architecture, Data & Process Governance team within Technology Group, you will act as an interface in the technology team to gain understanding of requirements and processes through job shadowing, meetings, discussions, and workshops. This also entails working with Technology business users to review business processes and identify areas where business processes can be improved through IT systems. This includes compliance to Process Governance Framework and provide support for Business Process Management execution.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electronics Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / Business / Engineering / IT or equivalent
  • Keen in change management initiatives relating to business systems and in both Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Review and understand business processes to identify and recommend process improvements.
  • Identifying and implementing the process management guidelines, templates, and process documentation standards to use when documenting processes
  • Application of critical thinking with ability to work well with stakeholders in setting up process maps

 

Preferred start date: immediate

Duration: 3-6 months

Number of interns needed: 2

Working hours: 8am – 5.30pm
