The YTL PowerSeraya Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of YTL Power International Berhad, is an integrated energy company with its core business in generation and retailing of electricity. With a licensed generating capacity of 3100MW, YTL PowerSeraya is one of Singapore largest electricity generators.

The Group has two subsidiaries: Seraya Energy, the retail arm that provides a range of innovative energy solutions to meet the diverse needs of its customers; as well as PetroSeraya, the physical oil trading arm of the Group that provides fuel-related services to customers.

• Identify and evaluate existing IT request system (ITR) to uncover areas for improvement
• Map out existing ITR functions and processes
• Communicate with various stakeholder to understand the processes and new requirement
• Create a detailed analysis and outlining the problems based on the findings
• Propose new changes to improve on ITR
• Defining new requirements with feedback and approval from stakeholder
• Documenting the result of the findings

Requirements

• Knowledge in ITIL framework
• Problem-solving skills
• Analytical skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Currently studying in Diploma in Information Technology

Important Information

Fixed allowance: $800/month for poly students

Duration: 3 months, must be able to start immediately
