Job Description
- Process vendor invoices for payments on a timely basis
- Liaise with vendors and business users for any discrepancies in vendor invoices
- Liaise with customers for timely collection of invoices
- Process payments, receipts and month-end closing entries
- Prepare inter-company billing
- Support cash flow forecast, GL, reporting and GST submissions when necessary
- Prepare balance sheet schedules and bank reconciliation reports
- Support audits, including financial year-end audit, internal controls audit, etc
- Any other ad-hoc duties
