We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
The key responsibilities for the position include assisting the Marketing Executive to increase brand awareness via several platforms & execute the company’s marketing strategies and activities.
Job Description
- Assist the Marketing Executive to promote the brand within its target market and audiences.
- Support Marketing Executive to execute all marketing activities as per brand strategy, timeframe and budget.
- Updating of Company’s website & social media profiles on a regular basis.
- Establish and revise the work processes as and when necessary.
- Support Marketing Executive in the preparation of marketing presentations and reports.
- Administer and update membership database.
- Source and stock control of marketing materials.
- Provide admin support to the Marketing Executive in all marketing events, such as media clippings, archive of ads, invoicing and other marketing collaterals, etc.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks when required.
