Yours Bakery – Baking Apprentice

Yours Bakery is a bakery shop in the neighborhood estate. 

We focus on producing cakes, pastry and breads of the highest quality, as well as providing customers with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

We welcome interns who have an interest in baking and are willing to learn more about it.

As part of our team at Yours Bakery, the successfully shortlisted candidate will be responsible for the production process of delicious baked goods and pastry items in the following areas:-

• Prepare ingredients and food items accordingly to Head Chef
• Assist in conceptualizing and creating pastries, desserts and other baked goods
• Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items
• Check that quantity of item ordered are received and stored in proper condition
• Manage and maintain the hygiene standards established
• Other ad-hoc duties as requested
