As a MARKETING EXECUTIVE, you will report directly to the Chief Branding and Communications Officer and your job would be to assist him with the following (but not all inclusive):
[Strategize]
- To analyze trends/opportunities in the post COVID world and develop a relevant marketing strategy for the company
- Determine the value propositions, consumer messaging and brand architecture of You Tiao Man to stay relevant post COVID
[Implement ]
Implement strategic/tactical campaigns (offline and online platforms) with the goal is to increase demand, leads, revenue and customer engagement levels
[Track]
Develop, track, measure, and report KPIs per campaign
[Reiterate]
Generate data-driven commercial insights so that we can improve and refine our marketing efforts
Good-to-Haves
Participate in the product’s strategy/ roadmap, user experience and asset production
Support product launches, brand campaigns, partner promotions, and other marketing initiatives (offline and online)
Develop in-depth understanding of our working tools (Klaviyo, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Optimize) and constantly reading up about trends in Marketing Technology.
Develop “data-driven-thinking”; decisions about marketing budget allocations and marketing strategy MUST be based on data rather than hunches or experience.
Ideal candidate should take initiative to get certified in areas that are relevant and useful to the company, ie. Facebook Blueprints, Klaviyo Academy, Grow With Google, Google Analytics Academy

2. Requirements
Must be a Singaporean. All other nationalities will not be considered at this time.
Preferable to have experience in a similar role (candidates without prior experience will also be considered).
Able to work autonomously with little to no supervision.
Familiar with common productivity software like Microsoft Office, Google Suite (preferred), Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics and Google Adwords.
Prior experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify (preferred) would be beneficial.
Experience with basic Python or Javascript programming would be beneficial (but not mandatory).
Essential to have familiarity with social media and how to leverage it from a business perspective
