As a MARKETING INTERN, your job would be to assist the Director with the following (but not all inclusive):
Develop, moderate and monitor our social media presence and ad performance (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google etc.) on a daily basis using relevant social media marketing software
Assist with the coordination of marketing campaigns
Recommend, develop and optimise social content calendars to generate the highest engagement on the above channels for our clients. Schedule content on the various social media platforms
Develop and optimize the e-commerce website for maximum sales outreach
Improve and enhance the customer loyalty program
Develop EDM as a form of marketing to potential customers
Craft hyper-targeted audiences for both Facebook and EDM marketing campaigns to reach a specific audience segment
Analyze key performance metrics from Facebook and Google to improve future advertising campaigns (decisions at You Tiao Man are data-driven)

2. Requirements
Must be a Singaporean. All other nationalities will not be considered at this time.
Preferable to have experience in a similar role (candidates without prior experience will also be considered).
Able to work autonomously with little to no supervision.
Familiar with common productivity software like Microsoft Office, Google Suite (preferred), Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics and Google Adwords.
Prior experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify (preferred) would be beneficial.
Experience with basic Python or Javascript programming would be beneficial (but not mandatory).
Essential to have familiarity with social media and how to leverage it from a business perspective
